This week at Caruso Physical Therapy and Nutrition, I had the privilege of helping three amazing patients achieve incredible progress! 💪✨ 1️⃣ Rotator Cuff Repair + Biceps Tendonosis 🏋️‍♂️: Seeing this patient move without pain after a tough recovery was so rewarding. The hard work pays off! 🙌 2️⃣ Achilles Rupture: A huge win as they’re now able to perform heel raises without any pain – back on their feet and crushing it! 🦶🔥 3️⃣ Plantar Fasciitis: After some dedicated rehab, this patient is now walking up to 10 miles a day at work without discomfort. 👣🚶‍♀️ The power of physical therapy is REAL! 💥 Seeing these transformations is why I do what I do.
