About Us

At Caruso Physical Therapy and Nutrition, they had a vision for a place where they could practice what they preached. This clinic is the result of that.

Now, the clinic’s amazing team is committed to carrying out that vision by guiding others in establishing and achieving their own health goals so they can look and feel their best!

Together, physical therapy, nutrition services, and Pilates Reformer can help you meet your goals so you can succeed and heal.

These services aren’t offered in the area separately, nor are they offered together in a single practice.

However, combined, these things make a huge difference. That’s why we offer both, giving you the advantage of physical therapy and registered dietitians in the same clinic!

Our mission is to To empower each individual to realize their boundless potential.

Our Vision

Our services are provided by board-certified physical therapists, physical therapy assistants, and board-certified registered dietitians.

We’re focused on providing education, prevention, treatment, and wellness services that enhance the overall our patients’ health and deter the onset of more costly pathology.

It’s our mission to provide our patients with the best physical therapy and nutrition services in our community.

Hear from our patients!

Everyone is friendly, helpful and considerate. More importantly, each time I have come in a hot mess; after my therapy, I have left a well-functioning human being. Couldn’t be happier with the outcome of my physical therapy.

In Loving Memory

On July 3, 2020, we lost a real-life superhero when Dr. Joe traded his cape for wings after his 14-year battle with brain cancer.

Dr. Joe changed the world, defied the odds, and served as an inspirational husband, father, family member, mentor, friend, community servant, and beyond.

He may not be physically present, but his soul and his passion live on in the little things around us.

We will continue to live out his mission, his purpose, and his passion through Caruso Physical Therapy and Nutrition, and we will work hard to make him proud.

We love you, Dr. Joe!
