Hadley is a Registered Dietitian with a passion for making nutrition feel approachable, realistic, and personal. With a background that combines nutrition, culinary arts, wellness, and clinical care, she believes healthy eating doesn’t have to be complicated and that all foods can have a place in a healthy lifestyle.
Hadley earned her degree in Dietetics & Applied Nutrition from Johnson & Wales University, where she developed a strong foundation in both nutrition and culinary arts. She went on to earn her master’s degree in Community Nutrition and completed her dietetic internship, gaining experience in sports nutrition, diabetes, dialysis, long-term care, foodservice, community nutrition, and more.
Her love for food goes beyond the textbook. Hadley has experience meal prepping for clients with a variety of health conditions, working alongside kitchen teams at wellness retreats, and even stepping into the dietitian role at Skyterra Wellness Retreat. She continues to work with wellness retreats today.
She also works with clients through Aquatic Performance Training, where she volunteers her time each month to lead nutrition seminars.
What Hadley loves most is helping people who feel overwhelmed or lost when it comes to their health. Her approach is simple: meet people where they are, build confidence, and create healthy habits that actually fit their lives.
