Happy One Year Anniversary to Nick!

This month marks my one-year anniversary with Caruso Physical Therapy and Nutrition, and it has given me the opportunity to reflect on the journey that brought me here.

Prior to joining the Caruso team full time, I spent five years working here at Caruso in a per diem fashion. During that time, I always knew this was where I ultimately wanted to build my career. The environment, the people, and the level of care provided to every patient continually reinforced that feeling for me.

When I met my wife, we eventually moved in together in Bordentown, which served as the midpoint between where we had both grown up. That move ultimately led me to finding Caruso, and looking back now, it is amazing to see how much life has grown from that chapter.

Since then, we have traveled to 13 different states, visited several Caribbean islands, bought our first home, and started a family together. Our daughter will be turning 2 this August, which is hard to believe and something that brings us so much joy every day.

Being part of such a close-knit team and family-oriented environment has always been incredibly important to me, both as a clinician and as a person. The support, collaboration, and genuine care shared among our staff creates an atmosphere that not only benefits us as providers, but most importantly benefits every patient who walks through our doors.

That sense of connection fuels my passion for helping those in need of our care. Every patient has a unique story, goal, and challenge, and being able to work one-on-one with individuals in a setting that truly prioritizes compassionate, personalized care is something I never take for granted.

This past year has also impacted my life outside of the clinic in meaningful ways. Working at Caruso has given me and my family more opportunities to spend quality time together throughout the week, something that means a tremendous amount to me. Having that balance between professional fulfillment and family life has reinforced how grateful I am to be part of this organization.

I am incredibly thankful for the trust our patients place in us each day, for the support of my coworkers who feel like family, and for the opportunity to continue growing both personally and professionally here at Caruso.

Here’s to one amazing year — and many more ahead.
