BEYOND is our new remote support program designed to extend the personalized guidance, communication, and accountability you receive from your Caruso PTRD team beyond your scheduled appointments.

What does BEYOND mean for you?

Through our secure mobile platform, your Caruso PTRD team can stay connected with you between visits, helping us better understand how you’re doing in your everyday life, where your progress is really put into practice.

For our physical therapy patients, this may include:

• Monitoring your home exercise participation and progress
• Tracking symptoms and feedback
• Providing guidance, accountability, and encouragement
• Making appropriate adjustments to your program
• Identifying concerns or setbacks earlier so they can be addressed

COMING SOON For our nutrition patients, this may include:

• Supporting you as you put your individualized nutrition plan into practice
• Reviewing feedback and information you share with your dietitian
• Providing ongoing guidance, accountability, and encouragement
• Small, consistent contact with your dietitian between sessions can make a big difference in keeping you focused, accountable, and moving forward

BEYOND does not replace your visits with your physical therapist or registered dietitian. Instead, it extends our support beyond those visits, giving your Caruso PTRD team additional ways to help you stay engaged, consistent, and moving toward your goals.

Insurance & Cost

BEYOND incorporates Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM), which may be covered by many insurance plans. Coverage and individual patient responsibility vary depending on your specific insurance plan and benefits.

For patients who have an out-of-pocket responsibility, the estimated monthly amount may range from approximately $120–$190, depending on insurance coverage and deductible status.

Transparency is very important to us. Our team is available to answer any questions you may have regarding coverage, potential costs, billing, and how BEYOND may become part of your individualized plan.
