That indeed, is the title of this testimonial…

“When my wife was 8 months pregnant she asked me to sign up for a 10 k with her when she was expected to be 4 months postpartum to help motivate her to get back to her fitness routine after having our son. With intelligence at my side, I said of course, dear. 🙃

 

Once the baby came, I came to find out that she did NOT sign us up for a 10 k, but instead a 10 mile race. In FLORIDA. 🥵

 

An impossible position, I took it with stride and we started training together, her 2 months postpartum , and me, just in it for the ride. I started to struggle with ankle pain as we progressed with training and was afraid I wouldn’t be able to complete the 10 miles with her.

 

Then, I went to Caruso Physical Therapy and Nutrition. The therapists figured out what was wrong, helped me fix it, and helped me finish the race alongside my wife.
