16+ Years in the Fitness Industry

With a B.S. in Nutrition & Dietetics from Marywood University, extensive clinical and public health experience, and 16+ years in the fitness industry, Michele understands that wellness isn’t one-size-fits-all.

Her experience spans medical nutrition therapy, public health nutrition, maternal and child nutrition, clinical nutrition, fitness, and sports nutrition. She has also presented to universities and conferences on the Low FODMAP diet and brings a deep understanding of the connection between nutrition, movement, and overall well-being.

True Health Encompasses All

Michele believes true health encompasses the body, mind, and spirit. Her goal is to help each person build sustainable habits, feel empowered in their choices, and create a healthier relationship with food, movement, and themselves.

Whether you’re navigating digestive concerns, managing a chronic condition, preparing for pregnancy, navigating hormonal changes, improving athletic performance, working toward healthy weight management, improving your relationship with food or simply looking to feel your best — you don’t have to do it alone.

Ready to take the next step? Most insurances cover nutritional counseling.

Your health goals are unique. Your nutrition plan should be, too.
