Celebrating 10 years living a life I romanticize about on a daily basis. This is a huge milestone and accomplishment in my life for a magnitude of reasons. ❤️
I grew up here, was dating my husband at the time I decided to come back to Jersey and take the leap. Adopted a dog, got the house, got engaged, got married, endured hardships, illness, and losses of role models that changed my life and shaped me to the professional and person I am today, ventured further and further into the fitness and wellness industry and picked up so many niches and skills. Had a beautiful baby boy. And the story continues…

-For a career that evolves as I evolve, I started in pediatrics, sports, fitness, weight management, and now have progressed and evolved into eating disorders, relationships with one’s body and food, along with autoimmune disease, hormonal function, pregnancy, postpartum, breastfeeding, GLP-1 management…
You name it, I can now say I have 10 years of experience in it all. And wow, have we truly just begun. Exciting things to come, and I’m truly blessed to share this beautiful saga with people and providers I genuinely love and admire.
