Bone Health and Nutrition

As a reminder, this is a very generalized approach to nutrition. There are many factors that are involved in bone health, including genetics, eating disorders, how you fueled throughout every life cycle, and more.

It is never too late to try to improve your strength which will therefore support your bone health, but there is so much more to it than just what was discussed in this video.

Also with supplementation, it is important to not just self-diagnose and put yourself on supplements. It can be extremely harmful to include supplements in excess. Most supplements are not regulated by the FDA. 😮

This is why it is so important to seek the advice of the nutrition expert. A Registered Dietitian! Give us a call at 609-738-3143 – most insurances cover nutritional counseling! 🍎
