Q&A About the 2025 Body Composition Challenge:
Do I need to be in person to join? What if I want to meet with the Registered Dietitian virtually?
We will welcome you into the challenge whether you are in person or virtual! The only negative of being virtual is not getting the initial start body fat % and muscle %- if we don’t have this, you may not be considered to win a prize. However, you can still be a part of the motivation by signing yourself up to receive regular communication and tips, emails, and MOTIVATION!
What if my appointment is not at the start of the challenge? What do I do?
We have three Registered Dietitians on staff and we spend an hour to an hour an a half for an initial evaluation; therefore, spots are limited. Getting started any time in January, including the week before the challenge, can count as your start date- no need to wait until January 19th. It will then give you more time to achieve your goals! If you get started late, that is completely fine- you can even join in in February! You will then just have less time to complete your goals. However, it’s never to late to start working on your health.
What does the challenge mean?
You will meet with the highest level of nutrition expertise, a Registered Dietitian, within the challenge to evaluate your nutrition. 80-90% of your body composition goals stem from nutrition- yes, we are also the sports nutrition experts and are extremely educated in this topic. We also practice what we preach- our RDNs on staff have competed in races and sports events and have years of experience in the fitness industry.
